rm88 supports deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All funds deposited into your rm88 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. rm88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from a verified rm88 Account to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for deposit. rm88 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts.
rm88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing withdrawal requests, including KYC document requests and source-of-funds verification. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and not guaranteed; actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and internal security review requirements.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. rm88 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions; however, bank or e-wallet processing fees may apply at the discretion of your payment provider.
rm88 reserves the right to apply an inactivity policy to Accounts that have not recorded any login, deposit, or wagering activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. After proper notice, administrative fees may be applied to dormant balances. Players are encouraged to contact support before an Account reaches inactive status.
